A splash of innovation: Wicked Waves Water Park & Cape Cod Inflatable Park team up with Connect&GO to modernize their operation management

February 6, 2024 – Connect&GO, the global leader in integrated attractions management technology, proudly announces a new client partnership with Wicked Waves Water Park & Cape Cod Inflatable Park to help them simplify operations and step into the future through modern and connected technology. 

Located in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Wicked Waves Water Park is a beloved family-friendly destination for summer fun and offers thrilling experiences for visitors of all ages including a wave pool, FlowRider, lazy river, arcade, and the largest inflatable water park in the country along with lodging, cabanas and dining. 

Wicked Waves will be using Connect&GO’s integrated attractions management platform, Konnect, to help improve guest flow and satisfaction throughout their facilities and to launch a new eCommerce site. Konnect seamlessly integrates eCommerce, point-of-sale, access control, cashless payments and business intelligence into one centralized system using proprietary Virtual Wallet technology and real-time data.

Wicked Waves will utilize the Interactive maps feature to drive advance sales of cabanas, making it easier for their guests to prepare for their visit and choose exactly where they wish while providing parks with valuable insights into purchasing trends.
