The project

For the popular four-day beer festival held in Montreal, Connect&GO provided a closed-loop cashless payment system that allowed guests to load digital “coupons” onto their tasting cards, to be used for samples at on-site vendors. Guests were able to add funds to their cards at any time by visiting top-up stations. On-site vendors used handheld scanners to scan guests’ cards for each beer sample. The cashless system facilitated crowd flow, allowed for shorter line-ups and provided vendors and organizers with detailed sales tracking throughout the entire event.
