 Once a ticket is purchased, the guest’s virtual wallet is created and assigned to a smart wearable, an RFID card, or a mobile device. The virtual wallet is at the core of the Konnect™ ecosystem and acts as a digital passport. On it holds guest’s access and privileges, cashless payments, pre-purchased items, and more. Guests can use their connected wristbands to interact with all touchpoints and terminals. The wristband then can act as a lock for a locker, a wallet, a trigger for a camera, and a VIP pass to different areas of the site.
