Montréal, Québec – Connect&GO is thrilled to announce the latest additions to its growing team. Sophie Gadoury will join as Leader, Culture & Engagement and Amalia Quintanilla will step in as Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
Sophie Gadoury, a wealth of experience in the development of high performing teams
Sophie Gadoury studied human relationships and its impact on performance during her master’s degree (Sports psychology, Université de Montréal 2011). Her passion for sports, especially volleyball, led her to join the Carabins’ Women’s Volleyball team as assistant coach and Volleyball Canada as the coordinator of the Men’s National Team and coaching development. Driven by her lifelong dream to be a part of Canada’s presence at the Olympics, Sophie participated in the 2014 Winter Sochi Olympics and the 2016 Summer Rio Olympics as a Project Manager for Team Services with the Canadian Olympic Committee where she had the privilege to support Olympic teams perform at their best. In 2016, she made a quick leap into the high performing environment of C2 Montréal and then continue her career as Manager of the Carabins Leadership Program, developed to facilitate top-performing student-athletes’ transition from university sport to active life.

Amalia Quintanilla, strong support for our sales team
With a degree in advertising from Universidad APEC, a private university in the Dominican Republic, in 2006 and in fine arts from Concordia University in 2013, Amalia has been working in the field of sales and marketing for the last 15 years. In 2013, she joined the team at Salto Systems as National Sales & Marketing Coordinator. She will now play a key role at Connect&GO as Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
