Stephany grew up in a small town in the Lanaudière region called Crabtree. She studied administration at the university of Trois-Rivières with a specialization in entrepreneurship and innovative management. Stephany started her career at a recruitment agency and she really enjoyed the opportunity to meet so many different people. Stephany found the experience allowed her to develop both personally and professionally because she had so many wonderful colleagues who helped her grow. Working in recruitment also gave Stephany a unique perspective of many different careers that she may otherwise not have been exposed to.

I have really varied tastes in music; it all depends on my mood!

Your next travel destination?

I don’t have a trip planned at the moment, but there are many places on my bucket list!

Favorite restaurant in Quebec?

Angeline in Trois-Rivières, it’s a charming little Italian restaurant.

One accomplishment in your life that you are most proud of?

Making the change from being an extremely shy person to someone who really enjoys meeting new people.

How did you start working with Dator and then Connect&GO?

I started working with Dator because the company offered me an opportunity to step outside of my comfort zone and really challenge myself professionally. I was happy when we integrated with Connect&GO because it just felt like the right fit. I really identify with the company culture at Connect&GO.

What do you do on a typical day?

Part of what I love about my job is that no two days are exactly the same. I might be doing a follow-up on an existing project, discussing challenges with clients, collaborating with our support and programming teams to find new solutions for clients and even conducting searches for new employees!

What do you like most about your new Connect&GO family?

I really like that everyone is open to honest communication and feedback.

What do you do when you are not working?

I like to spend time with my friends and family; and I’m always trying to be the best auntie ever!!
