Customer Success Manager

Role Description

We will immerse you into what it looks like to join Connect&GO as a Customer Success Manager. Working with a driven and intrapreneurial team, your mission will be to drive customer engagement, adoption, and satisfaction as we carefully plan our growth trajectory in Canada, the US, and Europe for our access control, payment experiential, and venue operations management solutions.

The Experience

  • As a part of the customer success team, you’ll be working proactively with our customers to implement our Konnect systems and ensure that their quarterly objectives are met with our solutions.
  • Building solid partnerships will be critical, as well as ensuring that each implementation goes smoothly, that our customers are knowledgeable with our systems to launch successfully and support the release of new features.
  • You’ll be actively engaged in providing an outstanding experience to our customers as they complete the sales process and transit to the care of our Deployment & Customer Success team.
  • You’ll be an active contributor to the analysis, planning, execution, and process improvements of our CS processes to assist in building a solid foundation.
  • You will collaborate closely with different internal stakeholders to drive and prioritize product improvements and continuously be a strong advocate for our customers’ needs.

  • To be noted that road trips are included in this adventure which requires you to be available to travel internationally approximately 40% of the year, and have a valid driver’s license.
