Your mission will be to ensure that our clients in the attractions industry receive world-class service and support for our all-in-one integrated management platform. This involves providing technical support to our clients after implementation, especially regarding payments, e-commerce, point-of-sale systems, access control, and third-party integrations. Your technical expertise will be essential in solving complex problems, and your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients will be the key to achieving our company's strategic goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless and effortless customer service to assist in resolving technical issues related to our products.
  • Gather feedback to share with our product team.
  • Communicate clearly with internal team members and clients regarding status, issues, diagnosis, and next steps.
  • Ensure all work and changes are carried out in a way that minimizes disruptions for clients and other stakeholders.
  • Proactively contribute to the optimization of support tools, operational processes, documentation, and technical configurations.
  • Assist in creating customer support reports.

 

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English, French).
  • 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field with technical skills, preferably experience with payment and point-of-sale systems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Slack, and Zendesk.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of software ticketing systems and the attractions industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Working hours: 6 am to 2 pm (GMT+1).

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and APIs that deliver exceptional user experiences. Our software platform is used by theme parks, water parks, zoos, and attractions all over the world. We are looking for a full-stack developer with strong Vue.js skills! 

As part of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for:   
 

  • Take an active role in the design, architecture and planning of new features. 
  • As part of your scrum team, take ownership of developing new product iterations from beginning to end. 
  • Continuously find ways to improve our development best practices.  
  • Actively participate in code reviews and any technical sharing or collaborating interactions with the rest of the team. 
  • Take initiative on resolutions and improvements and participate in debugging, root cause analysis or fixing any issues that may arise. 
  • Staying up to date on new technologies and evaluating their potential to bring them forward to the team.  
  • Follow Agile/Scrum Methodology in a cloud-based environment.

The Mission 

 

As a key member of our engineering team, the Senior QA Automation Developer is responsible for implementing and applying the quality standards & processes for our access control, payment, experiential and venue oaperations management solutions. The successful candidate is well-versed in all phases of the software development cycle, especially in test case development, test automation, performance analysis and web application debugging & troubleshooting. The Senior QA Automation Developer  will also be part of the estimation, planning, quality assurance and deployment phases of the product.

Responsibilities 

 

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to QA automation engineers. 
  • Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy and test plans while analyzing project requirements to design effective test cases. 
  • Develop and maintain an extensive automated regression test suite. 
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to optimize testing processes. 
  • Ensure the reusability and quality of test automation code. 
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and innovative QA methods. 
  • Lead the initiative for integrating top-tier end-to-end testing tools. 
  • Proactively propose optimizations and insights to improve product quality. 
  • Think creatively to solve problems and identify potential issues. 

 

Who are you? 

 

  • A proven background in software quality assurance, demonstrating 5+ years of experience as a Senior Test Automation Developer, preferably within a technology or SaaS company. 
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Typescript). 
  • Extensive experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Webdriver.io, and others. 
  • Familiarity with test management tools like Xray, TestRail, or equivalent. 
  • Expertise in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. 
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing effective test automation strategies from the ground up. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster team connections. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
