After months of research and technical due diligence, Connect&GO is proud to announce the acquisition of a smart ticketing system to incorporate into its suite of leisure solutions. Globally renowned for its deployment of RFID wristbands used at large-scale events such as the Super Bowl and the Olympic Village, as well as permanent installations including Owl’s Head Ski Resort and Six Flags Theme Park, the launch of the OI-driven (Operational Intelligence) GOtix platform marks an important step for Connect&GO.

“After the successful launch of ‘Parkpass’ at the 2017 IAAPA conference in Orlando and the tremendous response from amusement parks and resorts, it was only logical for us to offer our clients an innovative and more complete end-to-end solution that goes from ticket purchase all the way to the end of the guest’s visit; with a fully integrated solution that encompasses the entire guest experience,” says Anthony Palermo, CEO of Connect&GO.

GOtix is a customizable ticketing platform for the leisure and entertainment industries with a feature-set focused on amusement parks, resorts and attractions. The solution offers a variety of features that are specially developed for the specific needs of each industry including season passes, memberships and group ticket sales. The integrated operational intelligence module developed by Connect&GO allows ticket sellers to take advantage of upsell opportunities that generate increased revenue. The platform creates and adapts package options according to a buyer’s profile, as well as the profiles of other similar buyers, by recommending meal packages or VIP wristbands that include special privileges for the guest.

In addition to ticketing, the GOtix ecosystem includes a smart self-serve silicone wristband dispenser. The patent-pending machine, which also distributes cards and paper wristbands, offers a simple way to sell tickets and distribute wristbands autonomously. Connect&GO will present the comprehensive new solution at the IAAPA 2018 conference in Orlando next week.
